In my eyes, client and candidate relationship building is where it all starts and finishes in the recruiting industry. In order to be successful, especially in the recruiting business, you have to be passionate and eager about what you do and what you re trying to accomplish at the end of each day. I am motivated, driven individual who strongly believes that there is no better feeling than placing a candidate and delivering the good news to the client. Having recruited in the IT industry for many years. I have a deep knowledge and strong interest in placing developers, architects, and engineers among other senior level IT roles in a variety of locations.
I grew up just outside of Boston, MA and attended Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. I played on the Men’s Basketball team of 4 years and was named Captain for my senior year. I soon realized how important leadership was on and off the court and knew that in order to meet and exceed expectations, it would be my responsibility to push and ensure that all 13 together members were ready to rise to any challenge at hand. Although I majored in Economics, shortly after graduation and having learned a bit more about the recruiting industry, I felt like some of my key attributes directly correlated with what it would take to be successful recruiter for years to come. Looking back, I could not be happier with my decision and and am enthusiastic for what lies ahead. Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, golfing and going to the beach.
I am a Southern California raised Executive Recruiter who specialize in placing candidates within the tech field. I have experience in placing candidates all over the country, and while most of my clients are within the tech field, I have also worked nationally with both start ups and Fortune 500’s in various industries. One of the reasons I enjoy recruiting is because it enables me to create long lasting relationships between candidates and clients.
After graduating at U.C. Irvine, I sought to translate my interpersonal and communication skills towards becoming an Executive Recruiter. I spent a few successful years as a Mortgage Recruiter growing the entire Midwest presence of my previous company.
I have a track record, of helping companies staff up quickly and successfully, as well as helping established companies find the people who are the “perfect” fit for the job.

I am a Philadelphia, PA native who received his degree in B.S. Marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I enjoy anything and everything beach related, hence my current residence in Southern California! Come Feb 2013 I ill have been a Direct ire Recruiter with CyberCoders for over 6 years. Before then, I did a 3.5 year stint in Temporary Administrative and Accounting placement. I truly do not have a niche. My specialty has been to really listen to the hiring needs of my clients, clarify the functions of the position, and go after that person. I have placed VP’s of Ecommerce, General Merchandise Managers, DMM’s, Online Marketing Managers, Web Content Managers, Buyers, Planners, Chemists, Shipping and Receiving Managers, Java Developers, C# Developers, RPG Programmers and more!
Where I really received my first taste of recruiting as a Retail Store Manager a.most 15 years ago. I quickly found I was able to accurately determine if someone would be a good , long term employee. During college I had the opportunity to become a Manufacturer’s Representative and District Sales Manager. In this position, while calling on companies I learned how to access and identify their needs,thus building their trust in my abilities. After successive promotions which required me to put my education on the back burner, I decided to return to college and graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. I stumbled into recruiting by accident after walking into an agency looking for short term work while seeking full-time employment myself. After starting off with temporary placement, I quickly learned the benefit of working with professional level candidates and companies in corporate full-time placement.
For the past 5 years, I have worked as a recruiter for sales and management professionals, dedicated myself to in finding the right person for the right role. I focus on building relationships with job seekers and employers, where I specialize in determining needs and delivering high quality candidates.
I studied modern languages at Middlebury College and graduated from Grove City College outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I started my career in sales before focusing on HR and recruiting. Outside of recruiting I love running half marathons with my dog and exploring new restaurants.
I have been a technology recruiter for 15 years and love it! Prior to recruiting I was in technology for 19 years…please don’t add up the years. My last ten years in technology I was a development manager for PepsiCo. I recruit for all types of technology roles whether applications (my personal background) or infrastructure across all industries. I myself have been a developer, business analyst, project manager and manager. If I did not do the role I interfaced with it especially on the infrastructure side. I’m very visual and I can actually picture almost every role as if the person was sitting in their seat. I try to build a benchmark immediately and calibrate quickly on feedback to truly target the search. My corporate upbringing has not only taught me the technology skill set but more importantly what culture means and therefore “fit” within each of my clients companies. I’m passionate about recruiting and all my placements are like marriages!
I’m a technologist at heart. I have a BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University (school of Engineering) in Computer Science with a minor in Math. I’m very big picture and need to know how everything fits in, which translates well when recruiting and understanding how the role fits into the organization. When I was younger I always loved to connect the dots and that’s what recruiting is all about. I love people and it’s amazing from the start of a new role to placement how the dots all connected together. I’m a strong relationship builder and have long lasting ties to clients and candidates for years. I take pride in these relationships the same way I take pride in my personal friendships that last forever! I met my husband in college and have two fabulous kids (now working adults) and that all comes from working hard at my relationships!
Recruiting starts with people. We do the most amazing thing, we change people’s lives! I truly listen love feedback, especially the bad, that feedback is the only way to grow and get better. My job is to make a marriage, help a client fill a very important void that will impact their business. For the candidate I’m not only working with them, but I’m taking care of their family too, this is all personal to me!

With over 15 years’ experience in the technology industry, I aim to raise the bar to the entire recruiting experience. I’m a US Army veteran with Bachelors in Business Management and hold several technical and industry certifications. The majority of my tenure has been focused in technical project management while specializing in full-time/permanent placement of IT professionals (e.g., software engineers and application developers, database administrators, systems and network engineers, etc.)
